I must say I was very surprised when I looked at the scale . . . maybe my scale is broken LOL:) I actually think I might have lost some water weight since I usually retain after I travel and we started this when I got back from FL.
Congratulations on your weight loss! Slow and steady is definitely a lot better. I admit I've been doing WW online and I know it works I just need to follow the rules. I have been keeping within my points (or at least trying to) which is good. I don't feel like I'm missing anything because I could still eat what I want just as long as I stay within the points.
It's definitely PMS with me - I looked at my calendar and Doña Juana will be visiting soon:)
Thank you for your advice . . . I think I am also an emotional eater and feel like there are other things that might be bothering deep down inside and food is a way to cope with it.
